Special/favorite moment of your day?

My Maid of Honors Toast was a poem she wrote herself, She is my cousin and my best friend and I was so touched by how much time and thought she put into everything.

Favorite Moment of Day?

Our first dance, we got it choreographed by Danin's Showbiz boutique and we had so much fun learning and laughing. It really paid off and made us feel like we had everything put together.

Best memory of the day?

The best memory was walking down the aisle to my husband and looking around to see all of our loved ones with us to support our commitment and getting to kiss my husband!

What was your wedding theme?

Burgundy, Blush, Gem

Why you chose the dress you picked?

I chose the dress I did because I am so short every other dress was just a little too much. haha

Tell us about your wedding!

The weather was perfect, every moment was like magic and we felt so much love and happiness from everyone who attended. We went through so much as everyone did in 2020 but we really needed our day to be exactly everything it was. It has given us hope to continue to love, laugh and find our happiness no matter what life throws at us.

How did you and your groom meet?

We met when I moved in with one of his closest friends. I was shoving a fast break candy bar in my mouth because I was starving and he just laughed at me. We became best friends and decided to start a life together. We have grown so much together.

How did your groom propose?

He proposed to me on July 4th of 2017 at Blue Crabs Stadium with the game ball.

Do you have any advice to bride planning her wedding?

Let someone else do the heavy lifting! Brenda from Events by Henson Planned and decorated my entire ceremony and reception and took so much off my plate. I am so grateful for everything and for most of the stress that was taken away. I still had certain projects but not as much as it usually takes. I would also suggest getting someone to record everything, It just wasn't in my budget but I fully regret not being able to.

What was your favorite part/thing/experience about shopping with Serendipity?

My favorite part about my experience with Serendipity was how it felt like I was with family every time I walked in for anything I needed! I couldn't imagine having this experience with any other business!
