1. Special/favorite moment of your day?

My favorite moment of the day was walking out of the library with my husband as our family and friends cheered us on!

2. Favorite Moment of Day?

My favorite moment of the day was probably walking around and chatting with my guests. We had Brunch as the ceremony was at 11 AM. It was the perfect vibe.

3. Best memory of the day?

My favorite memory might be walking into the community center seeing everything put together and all the candles lit- I was a whole different vibe and came together better than I imagined.

4. Wedding Theme – Color Black and White and Bow themed!

5. Why did you choose the dress you picked?

Because it was pink and made me feel like a princess.

6. A few sentences about your wedding?

We hosted our friends and family at the Clock Tower School in PA where we were married in the old Church turned Library and hosted the reception in the community center. We were the first wedding ever on campus!

7. How did you and your groom meet?

The groom and I met our second week of school at Quinnipiac University. I was a freshman at the time and attending the BSU barbecue event where I noticed the Abdulai throwing around a football outside. I then found out his Instagram and sent him a DM later that day, and the rest was history!

8. How did your groom propose?

Abduli proposed to me outside in the park at the Navy Yard in DC!

9. Advice to the bride planning her wedding.

Do whatever makes your hearts happy- It’s your wedding and you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to! Nothing has to be “traditional” if you don’t want it to.

10. What was your favorite part/thing/experience about shopping with Serendipity?

My favorite part of working with Serendipity was the customer service. Everyone was so kind. I felt like I was always in there, or calling, and they never made me feel like bothersome. I was indecisive at times, and everyone was very patient and encouraging!
