What to Expect
We believe finding your wedding dress should be an unhurried, memorable, and happy experience. That’s why our standard appointments are a generous 1.5 hours long. You’ll have plenty of time to explore our large inventory, try on various styles, and chat with your dedicated stylist.
What’s the Price Range?
We want you to shop comfortably! Our beautiful gowns range from $1000 to $4000, with the median price point falling between $1200 and $1799. We are always happy to discuss specific designers and their price ranges with you to find the perfect fit for your budget. If you fall in love with a sample, we may even be able to sell it!

Show Us Your Vision: Already building a look? Bring photos or show us your Pinterest board! In fact, we encourage you to visit our own Pinterest Page to start shopping our inventory before you arrive.
What to Wear: You may wear whatever makes you comfortable underneath the gowns, but we do require underwear. If you have a strapless bra, feel free to bring it along! To ensure our gowns stay pristine, your stylist will assist you in and out of the dresses in the fitting room.
Who Should Join the Party?
We understand you want to share this special moment! We do our best to accommodate groups, but seating can be limited, especially during our busiest times on Saturdays. If you plan to bring more than six guests, weekdays are best! Please inform us how many guests you are planning to bring when you book your appointment so we can prepare the space for you.

We firmly believe every bride deserves to feel absolutely stunning. Our sample gowns range from size 8 to size 30, with the majority being between sizes 10-14.

A quick tip on sizing: Wedding dresses typically run two sizes smaller than your average everyday wear, so don’t worry about the number! We also have a lovely, curated collection of over 50 plus-size samples in both bridal and bridesmaids dresses. We are truly able to help everybody and every bride!
When to Order Your Gown
Once you've said yes, the clock starts ticking - but don't panic! A wedding dress can take anywhere from 4 to 6 months to arrive from the designer. To allow adequate time for shipping and, most importantly, alterations, we recommend ordering your gown 9-12 months out from your wedding date.
If your wedding is less than 6 months away, rush options are available! While we are able to help brides with any wedding date, options do become more limited the closer it gets.
Alterations
We love seeing our brides through the entire wedding dress experience, right up until the day they walk down the aisle!
We have a dedicated team of experienced and highly skilled seamstresses that provide alteration services specifically for gowns ordered through our salon. This allows us to ensure quality control and timely service for our brides! While we are happy to alter outside dresses if the schedule allows (please call to check!), our Serendipity brides typically leave with their dress perfectly fitted and steamed the week of their wedding - it’s such a special time!
